Battle Born Airsoft LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Battle Born Airsoft LLC. By purchasing tickets, renting equipment, registering for an event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or participating in any Battle Born Airsoft event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Assumption of Risk
Airsoft is an outdoor recreational activity involving physical movement, uneven terrain, projectiles, and tactical gameplay.
By participating, all players acknowledge that they understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
All participants are required to sign an official Battle Born Airsoft Waiver before entering the field.
No exceptions.
3. Waiver Requirement
Every participant must complete and sign the official Battle Born Airsoft liability waiver before participating.
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the waiver.
Anyone who refuses to sign the waiver will not be allowed to participate.
Spectators entering designated event areas may also be required to sign a waiver.
4. Safety Requirements
Eye protection is mandatory at all times inside active play areas.
Removing eye protection during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
Mesh goggles are NOT permitted.
Players are strongly encouraged to wear:
Full face protection
Gloves
Long sleeves
Long pants
Boots
Battle Born Airsoft reserves the right to remove any participant whose equipment is deemed unsafe.
5. FPS & Equipment Rules
All replicas must pass an FPS inspection before gameplay.
Current limits include:
• Standard Rifles: 380–400 FPS
• Support Weapons (LMGs): 400–450 FPS with a 25–75 foot minimum engagement distance
• DMRs: 400–450 FPS with a 50–75 foot minimum engagement distance
• Bolt Action Sniper Rifles: Up to 500 FPS with a strict 100 foot minimum engagement distance
Maximum BB weight permitted is .28g unless otherwise stated for specific events.
HPA systems are allowed.
Modified airsoft guns are allowed provided they pass chrono inspection.
Smoke grenades, approved airsoft grenades, flashlights, lasers, tracer units, suppressors, optics, and accessories are permitted unless restricted during a specific event.
Battle Born Airsoft reserves the right to deny any equipment deemed unsafe.
6. Player Conduct
Players are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect toward all participants, referees, staff, and property owners.
Cheating, harassment, aggressive behavior, physical fighting, unsafe conduct, or intentionally breaking safety rules may result in removal.
Warning system:
• First offense – Verbal Warning
• Second offense – Removal from the current game
• Third offense – Removal from the event without refund
Battle Born Airsoft reserves the right to immediately remove participants for serious safety violations.
7. Event Rules
Game rules may vary between events.
Many gameplay rules are voted on before games begin depending on player preference.
Players are required to attend the mandatory safety briefing before gameplay.
Failure to attend the briefing may prevent participation.
8. Rental Equipment
Rental packages remain the property of Battle Born Airsoft LLC.
Participants are responsible for returning all rental equipment issued to them.
Intentional damage, theft, abuse, or failure to return equipment may result in replacement costs being charged.
Normal wear from gameplay is expected and will not be charged.
9. Weather Policy
Battle Born Airsoft events operate rain, snow, heat, or cold unless canceled by Battle Born Airsoft due to unsafe conditions.
Players should dress appropriately for weather conditions.
10. Tickets & Refunds
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Refund requests received within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend an event ("No Show") is non-refundable.
Battle Born Airsoft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, landowner restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If Battle Born Airsoft cancels an event, participants may receive either:
• A full refund, or
• Credit toward a future event.
11. Private Property
Battle Born Airsoft operates only on locations where permission has been granted by the property owner.
Participants agree to respect all property, neighboring landowners, wildlife, and natural resources.
Littering, vandalism, trespassing, or damaging property may result in removal from events.
12. Photography & Media
Battle Born Airsoft may photograph or record events for promotional purposes.
By attending an event, participants grant permission for their image, voice, or likeness to appear in promotional materials unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Content creators are welcome to record gameplay provided they follow all safety rules.
13. Corporate & Private Events
Battle Born Airsoft offers private parties, birthday parties, corporate events, team-building events, and custom scenarios.
Additional agreements or deposits may be required for private bookings.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Battle Born Airsoft LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in events or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Battle Born Airsoft LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting to this website.
