Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time.
Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Weather Policy
Battle Born Airsoft events are held rain, shine, snow, or cold weather. Weather alone does not qualify for a refund unless Battle Born Airsoft cancels the event for safety reasons.
No-Shows
Players who do not attend an event without providing notice at least 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
